格鲁巴雷斯孔德阿尔赫西拉斯酒店的点评
点评：Globales condes de alcudia, what a let down!! We stayed for 10 days as a party of 11 with 3 kids in our group 2/3/5.
We are not fussy firstly but basic needs are not met here so if you haven't book this hotel yet just don't!
I was going of the reviews of rooms being small and basic but clean and I was 100% ready for that as its only to put your head down after all, but the rooms aren't clean, definitely dated is an understatement which is workable but the rooms are dirty, similar to other people's comments the beds were not changed before we got there and our toilet was stinking, smelt so bad of urine, complained 3 times about the smell commkmg from the toilet and vent beside the toilet nothing was done reception staff extremely flippant about the issue was given another room with a whole host of other problems and I was very patient with them but they weren't there to help at all, I bleached the whole place myself in the end, it was grim.
food! again im easily pleased but the food is tasteless desserts included and there will not be anything there for kids, we had to eat out the last 5 nights as it got worse as the week went on and our wee one wasn't eating, the hotels only saving grace is the location and the animation team Lucas and Debbie! I hate writing negative reviews but if it sways someone from spending their hard earned cash here then I'll not feel bad.
