Cafe Dolce Vita的点评
点评：Chose this cafe as it looked appealing, was busy so assumed that was a good sign. Seated ourselves after waiting some time to be acknowledged, gave up. The adjacent table eventually offered us a menu as we’d waited so long. Really wanted to leave at this point but there was meals on the menu that suited us all, however when we were served we were told that we could only order food after our drinks had arrived as the kitchen was too busy. I would’ve liked my drink with my meal.
On ordering our meal there was some issue about us ordering breakfast items as it wasn’t breakfast time. The waiter said he’d try, there was no suggestion on the menu that we couldn’t order but to avoid conflict I just changed our order to suit the kitchen.
The meal was acceptable but nothing special and was far more than I wanted to pay for what was my breakfast and essentially some pancakes and lettuce. Grew some hair while waiting to pay the bill and eventually had to ask at the desk to pay.
Wasn’t a good experience overall and wouldn’t want to return. Service was slow and hostile.
