Grupotel Club Cala Marsal的点评
点评：Awful hotel. No where near a 4 star. The first room we were in had a hole in the ceiling, a rusty bath, dirty curtains and an awful smell. We complained and were moved 2 doors down, which wasn’t much better. Beds rock hard.
Reception staff were indifferent when we complained.
Food was ok, but half board plus is just a single small glass of wine or beer with dinner. Not 4 star quality food, lack of variety. No water freely available - some bar staff would give it to you, others counted it as part of your drinks allowance. Restaurant staff more interested in policing where you sit than welcoming you in.
1 pool area ok but noisy. The quieter pool has few people but an electricity pylon /wire that made a constant buzzing sound.
Beach is amazing (you have to pay for sun beds). Local restaurants really nice.
