Pretty good for what we wanted
BH Mallorca的点评
点评：A party of 11 of us stayed here for 7 nights in Magaluf, and for what we were after, BH Club was good. We’d originally booked the BH apartments, but we were put into Club B, which judging by the pictures was a huge upgrade. We booked all inclusive and used the facilities at the main BH hotel each day. The hotel was a short walk across the road which was convenient and you could go in and out as you like.
The buffet in the main hotel was novelty at first, but that slowly fizzled away towards the end of the week with the same average grub being served. That being said, it definitely saved us a lot of money and there was always something for everyone (even fussy eaters). The buffet wasn’t the most hygienic, but that’s hardly to be expected in Magaluf so wasn’t an issue. Drinks were served alongside food as per the new drinks rule, with beer, wine and sangria on offer.
The pools were great, with plenty to choose from in the main hotel which also included water slides that you’d expect to see in a water park. We particularly enjoyed Club B’s own pool which was a lot quieter than the others. The busiest time for this pool was about 7am when everyone jumps in after a night out. Pretty much anything seemed to go in this hotel, which is good as it provides somewhere to stay for people looking for a party holiday.
As for the negatives…the cleaners. The only thing they seemed to clean was our wallets. The majority of our party had CASH (only cash conveniently) go missing over the course of the week. This could be easily assumed as people getting drunk and losing cash or spending more than they thought. However, we overheard plenty of other guests in our corridor and down at reception complaining about the same thing. The cleaners had free access to our rooms and even came in while we were sleeping and swept around us. They didn’t seem to do a great deal though, as one morning they walked into one of our rooms and stated ‘Mess!’ and walked out. The toilet in one of our rooms didn’t work, which we added to a survey half way through the week. We were then greeted at the door by a man asking if our toilet was broken. We presumed this meant he was going to fix it, but instead he came in and stared at the problem for about 5 minutes, before saying ‘Thank you, bye’ and leaving. Also, only one lift was working all week and even that was temperamental and slow.
Overall, this is a good hotel to choose if you’re looking for a party holiday in Magaluf. We’d probably stay here again as the atmosphere is great and the service we received was good for the majority. It’s in a great location (not far from the strip), and definitely provided a laugh if nothing else.
