Unpleasant stay. Misleading advertising, poor conditions, and unprofessional and rude management

点评：This property is severely misrepresented and should be avoided. The photos used in the listing are highly misleading and do not reflect the reality of the space. What is advertised as a one-bedroom apartment is actually a cramped, poorly maintained studio. The images suggest a clean, modern setting—but what you’ll find is far from it.
Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The apartment was in a dirty and neglected state on arrival. The kitchen had filthy utensils, and broken appliances that looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The bathroom was even worse—rusty fittings, poor drainage, and visible mold made it not only unpleasant, but potentially unsafe.
The communal areas are also misrepresented. The swimming pool appears large and inviting in the photos, but in reality, it’s a small 10x10 meter basin with a fake plastic grass and a lot of ants, with little to no atmosphere.
To make matters worse, there is no proper staff presence on site—just a cleaning lady who isn’t responsible for anything beyond basic cleaning. When we reached out to raise concerns, we were met with rude, dismissive, and at times threatening behaviour from management. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking, and made an already uncomfortable stay even more stressful.
This property relies heavily on misleading photos and false promises, while offering a substandard, unclean, and poorly managed experience. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
