A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff to help you have a wonderful holiday!

点评：Well our second visit to Cala Ferrera and we loved it.The atmosphere and genuine friendliness of all the staff make it very special.When we arrived at reception lovely lady ..said they saw we had been before and had given us same room..and a welcome bottle when we arrived.Rooms are spotless and views unbelievable.
We were made so welcome ..but of course outstanding was Zak who worked tirelessly to make everyone feel welcome and included.When we left we felt we were saying goodbye to an old friend..he also helped to make my birthday special..he was able to include guests from many countries trying to speak in several different languages with a great deal of enthusiasm..Hope you’re there when we visit again Zak ..
Also the various staff Leio dining areas and bar ..enthusiastic and always smiling Eduardo who always new what we wanted in bar or dining room..Roman also very helpful and looked after us well. The pool and location was great with pool bar offering drinks and snacks Sandra very helpful and so friendly..
The location of the hotel is exceptional and the food breakfast would keep you going all day great choice..lunch and dinner were always tasty ..and most importantly relaxed ..so we could look at views or chat with a glass of wine.
So do not hesitate ..also the beds were so comfy..to conclude please thank ALL the staff for giving me our second holiday celebrating birthdays with you. The ladies who did the cleaning inside and outside made the hotel absolutely spotless 6 star service.
However once again must say thankyou Zak for going that extra mile…really made us feel special.Hope we meet again
