Inturotel Cala Azul的点评
点评：The beds are comfy, hotel and rooms kept clean and tidy. Need to provide a microwave like the other hotels do.
Definately needs upgrading.
Hotel doesn't provide rubber slip mats, so we bought our own after I slipped in the bath, and had a nasty bruise on my arm it's lethal, no grip rails.
HOT water is scalding hot, with no warning signs, it was so cold in the apt I had 4 blankets on my bed.
We tried to put the heating on and there was a terrible smell of sulphur/bad eggs, this was reported to reception who said someone would check it out, dont know if they did we were told there is no heating on now throughout the hotel, as its all set for air-conditioning,
i was offered a blanket i stated id already got 4 on my bed,
Reception don't like the Brits, in my opinion, which I told them so, and jet2 do not have a permanent rep at this Hotel, you either find one in the sol hotel, or ring and they will visit.
Maybe change the rolls of the cleaners with the reception staff, as they are far more pleasant and helpful.
When in your room double lock your door, reception don't knock they just use their pass to get in, without having a reason to be there.
Only saw a couple of mobility scooters, the pavements that are supposed to be dropped they have at least 3 inches of height where it would damage a scooter.
People had to look around for a place low enough to cross the roads.
It's up hill amd down Dale in parts. In the unfortunate event you are shoved in block C/D room 316D this is your view, people in the next apt stayed 1 night then moved, another couple did the same, the hotel wasn't full so they probably asked for another room, we stayed in the same room, as I feel we had paid enough. No way was I paying more for an upgrade. The pine trees take away the sun, it doesn't get warm in these apts. You get the view of another Hotel.
All the even numbers in block C/D are at the side of the Hotel.
It took us 30 years to go back, never again.

或许可以把清洁工的名单和前台人员换一下，因为他们更友好，也更乐于助人。
当你在房间里时，要锁好门，前台不用敲门，他们直接用通行证就能进去，而且没有任何理由在那里。
只看到几辆电动代步车，人行道上应该有至少 3 英寸高的地方，这可能会损坏代步车。
人们不得不四处寻找地势较低的地方才能过马路。
这里部分路段在山上，部分路段在山谷下。如果不幸被挤到C/D座316D房间，这就是你的视野。隔壁公寓的人住了一晚就换了，另一对夫妇也一样，酒店没有客满，所以他们可能要求换房间，我们住在同一个房间，因为我觉得我们付的钱已经够多了。我绝不会为了升级而多付钱。松树遮住了阳光，这些公寓里不暖和。你能看到另一家酒店的景色。
C/D座的所有双数房间都在酒店旁边。
我们花了30年才回去，再也不会去了。
