点评:A little disappointing honestly, you book the room as a ‘swim up’ the room we were assigned is a walk up splash pool to get to your sun bed. We notified the reception staff by their review service and they offered us another room however it was exactly the same it was just a bit closer to the terrace pool. We have come here for our honeymoon expecting what we have booked, as who wouldn’t and we are disappointed. We are on our 6th day now and the line of sun beds are covered in green algae, the beds next door are worse but it is off putting as I don’t really want to sit on beds covered in green gunk.
When we said to the reception it is not a swim up room they reiterated what they had told us when we checked in. Yes but 7 rooms have access to the terrace pool, which is fine. But I am not sure how it is allowed to be advertised as a swim up when I couldn’t swim in 20cm of water not sure about anyone else.
My husband has found the staff to be a little bit rude when asking them questions. We booked the restaurant for one evening, as you have to book 24 hours in advance. When we got there at 7pm as you are not allowed on the roof terrace before 7pm, I had asked for a frozen daqari, I was told they only turn the machine on at 7pm so it won’t be frozen, I asked if it would be cold? Considering the Current heat and the waiter said, I don’t know. So that tells me they don’t even serve cold drinks. Some of the staff have been lovely but some of them are just rude.
Such a shame as it does have potential but I think it is let down by the miss leading advertising and some of the staff.
I must say the breakfast isn’t that nice either, we have gone to a local restaurant called Marleys where you can get some nice food. Annoying as we have paid for breakfast everyday in this hotel. We will be raising this to easyJet when get home about the misleading add.
