Noir Mallorca的点评
点评：We ended up coming to Noir for breakfast and brunch three times during our holiday in Mallorca — and honestly, we’d have gone more if we had the time! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was calm, modern, and welcoming, with a stylish interior and a great playlist that set the perfect tone for a relaxing meal.
The staff were genuinely lovely — always smiling, attentive without being overbearing, and just super friendly. You could tell they cared about making sure everyone had a good experience, which makes such a difference.
Now onto the food — everything we tried was beautifully presented and so flavourful. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and fresh. The menu has a great mix of healthy, interesting dishes as well as more indulgent options. I especially loved how balanced everything felt — nourishing but still exciting.
A special shoutout to the matcha — honestly, 10/10. So many places either make it bitter or watery, but Noir got it spot on every time. Creamy, smooth, and just the right strength. It’s not easy to find matcha done well, so that alone had me coming back!
Overall, Noir Mallorca was a real highlight of our trip. It’s the kind of place you’d be lucky to have as your local brunch spot. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in Mallorca, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
