Lovely staff but poor facilities
Hotel Principe Palace的点评
点评：The service is excellent ,however room facilities is outdated.Aircon isn't working or cooling, awful smells coming from the toilet although it was cleaned everyday.I spoke to the receptionist regarding the Aircon in my room ,she said Aircon in operation between June and September only .We arrived 30th of May at the hotel.I told her we have a small child he couldn't sleep as the temperature in our room is warm,she replied that she can't do anything .I'm really disappointed as I paid a lot of money for a family holiday.
The hotel restaurant staff are really kind and helpful ,they are all credit to the company.Food in the restaurant is good ,plenty of choice ,however I recommend to enhance the dinner menu ,add healthy options for side dish instead of chips Management should focus for the comfort of your guest in the room where they can able to relax and sleep .I stayed in 3 star hotel in different places but the Aircon is in good condition.

酒店餐厅的员工非常友好和乐于助人，他们是公司的荣誉。餐厅的食物很好，有很多选择，但是我建议改进晚餐菜单，增加健康的配菜而不是薯条。管理应该注重客人在房间里的舒适度，让他们能够放松和睡觉。我住过不同地方的三星级酒店，但空调状况良好。
