点评：The owner initiated the conversation about remembering us from last year. The pies are perfect flakey and not over done or under filled. The freddo espresso is perfectly brewed and frothed The owner is always wanting to share little treats on the house with customers because it is very apparent that he is proud of what he does and wants to share his craft and culture with visitors. Naxos is one of the more populated island with countless annual visitors and this man is an incredible ambassador for the island of Naxos and country of Greece. When you day dream about your Greek vacation and the friendly Greek people you will encounter you are thinking of him. He is the truly the embodiment Greek hospitality. His shop is in a nice plaza where people stroll by, or sit and enjoy a snack, a drink or a cigarette. Cars and scooters pass but not in a way that is chaotic but in a way that is iconically Greek.
