(Stay away from Megan the “freak out manager!)
This place is absolutely beautiful. We came to work here from a pro trained team. Their staff & management had absolutely no clue how to correctly run an event. The main manager Megan was the absolute positive most rude & unprofessional person in power we have ever met. She screamed at us for asking simple questions, she was not able to get food executed correctly, she had freezing cold plates going out to a large party. She allowed her bartenders to have horrific lines during happy hour, while we offered to bail them out. They staff was dressed poorly, wearing gym outfits, different colored sneakers, tank tops, white shirts, no gloves, they all had very bad attitudes with us, because she made us the enemy. While telling me “she would set her staff straight”. I pulled her over to speak to her before leaving to allow a chance to redeem her unprofessionalism & horrible shift. She actually apologized to me & said “We are not used to working this way, it’s something out of the ordinary”, “But we would really love for you to come back on a normal shift & it won’t be like this. I pulled her aside as a grown woman eye to eye, and those are the words she said to me. After that she gave me a big huge hug. Then I hear she lied & felt the opposite. I wouldn’t do business with a woman like her. Yelling screaming & lying, she won’t be there much longer!
