点评：Omg, what an amazing gem this place is! We live in DC, but my husband's family lives in Norfolk. Normally, when we make the trip we go through Annapolis because our kids love the scenery, but the extra time it takes can be so annoying. For our trip down this year for Easter, we took 95/295/64 which cut off a ton of time. By the time we got off 95 outside Richmond, everyone was hungry, but we wanted something more substantial than fast food. Thankfully, we didn't get off at the Hanover exit and found an absolute gem tucked into a strip mall of all places.
Bell Cafe, you are my dream come true! Inside this small 6 to 8 table cafe doesn't feel cramped or spacious, but quaint. Omg, our server Irish was absolutely adorable. She was busy but super attentive. She told us her favorite items on the menu, which were spot on to how she describe them. Our son dropped his fork on the floor, and before we could even ask for a replacement she was there with another one. It's service like this that really makes you feel special.
Even a week later I found myself craving the omelet I ate. Bell Cafe, we will be back next time, and every time after that. Not only for your delicious food but your fabulous service as well.
