点评：My wife and I visited this place on a Friday night and got there fairly early (~5.30pm) way before any rush. We ordered 12 wings and the large (13 Topping) Absolute pizza. There seemed to be basically only one server who also seemed to be helping out behind the bar and one cook and young female manager. The place at this time was not overly busy but we waited and waited for our food to arrive. I think the problem was they were concentrating on making takeout orders as a priority as I saw a number of people picking up to-go orders. Our wing appetizer order never actually arrived. After ~45 minutes our pizza arrived but no wings. We complained to the server who said nothing and just left us with the pizza and walked away. We then discovered our pizza crust was soft towards the outside and soggy and way undercooked in the center, it was so soft it was hard to transfer to our plates. At this point I walked over to the server and said I wanted to speak with the manager who offered to remake the pizza, but had no idea what happened to our wings order. We were going to walk out at this point but as it was now getting late and we had been there well over an hour we gave them a chance to make things right. They did then get us the wings within 10 minutes and our replacement pizza came after about 15 minutes but with a lot less toppings, a little better crust but still very soft in the center (probably due to the many toppings). To top things off our booth ended up right in front of an area where a DJ put up a mike for karaoke night which we had no idea was going to happen when we arrived, so we also had to put up with a bunch of loud young kids singing terrible karaoke. To be fair the manager heavily discounted our meal and we basically only paid for 50% of the Pizza cost + tip, so I was not left feeling cheated, but the food and service is poor and you have a great restaurant in the Wooden Pickle right across the street, so unless you want soft pizza and poor slow service why eat here. Just not recommended.
