点评:Upon our arrival, there were three people working at the registration desk. Two were staring at their computers, one was buried in his phone. No one looked up when we approached the desk. I finally said, "excuse me, we would like to check in, please?" No 'welcome,' no eye contact, no offer of a bottle of water. We were never offered a sheet of nearby restaurants until we came down little later and requested recommendations. But again, NO eye contact, they never looked up, just reached up and handed it over. The sheets were apparently laying on the counter, but how were we to know? The complete lack of eye contact is simply disrespectful. As Reward members since 2011 and having stayed at numerous Hampton Inns around the country, I suppose I came to expect a little better from the Hampton chain. As far as the room, it was very clean and comfortable. However, I will go out of my way to never stay at this Hampton Inn again. This was customer service at its worst.
