点评：Usually the sandwiches are perfect, even when the store is very busy. Today, though, it wasn't that busy, but the food and service were definitely not up to par. I got home to find no pickle. I had ordered the steak and cheese and was surprised to find NO cheese. I can't be sure, but I don't think there was any mayo as well. I sure didn't taste any. I had also asked for my sandwich to be cut in half, but that wasn't done either. It looked like the sandwich was just carelessly thrown together. I should have realized that something was different since it usually takes a while to get my order. I never minded that because the employees took such care in making sure the order was prepared perfectly. Not today! I think they were trying to see how fast they could go. It is very disappointing when you're so used to good food and service. I hope I just visited on a bad day because this is not what I've ever experienced at this store ... and it's the first time I was sorry I left a tip!
