Top's China Restaurant的点评
点评：About 20 years ago I used to work in the shopping center where this restaurant is located. I ate there 2-3 times each week. The food was always fresh and well cooked.
I moved back to the area recently and decided to go see some old friends. Well, those folks that ran it before are long gone and the new operators are pretty terrible. I ordered an old favorite, chicken and broccoli. I had to order to go since the dining room is now used as storage for paper plates and sodas. The store looks terrible. It's dirty, ceiling tiles are falling down and everything is covered in a greasy film. Where's the health inspector? The food was awful. The chicken was like rubber, the broccoli was way undercooked and tasted like it was freezer burned.
the sauce was not good, the flavor was weird, not like any brown sauce I've had before. The rice had crunchy pieces in it like it had been sitting out for a while.
I was pretty disappointed. I think this place need to be scrutinized by the health department. There is no excuse for keeping a restaurant that dirty, The staff were all sitting around waiting for customers that were never coming because the food is so bad. I don't know what's keeping them in business.
