点评：My wife and I could not decide where to go to celebrate our anniversary. We have lived in Great Bridge 25 years and had not tried the Amber Lantern Restaurant. When we checked in, we requested a window view and the hostess immediately went over and cleaned a booth table for us. Then Grace, our server, greeted us. Throughout the meal, she was helpful in recommending dishes and gave us time/space to enjoy the dishes that she brought. We split an Atlantis Salad. Very nice greek style salad and was the perfect amount for us to share. My wife ordered the oyster dinner and I ordered the Mahi-Mahi,based on Grace's recommendation. Both entrees were well plated and were a solid presentation. They were also both excellent. We had a California wine that we had visited the vineyard. It is not served often in restaurants and we were delighted to enjoy it with our meals. Grace comes back to the table to offer dessert. My wife asked Grace for her recommendation and she suggested the Coconut Bomb Cake. Grace was amazing again. Really good cake. We had a very nice dinner and a nice anniversary celebration thanks' to the Amber Lantern.
