点评:We took another couple to this restaurant. We hadn't been her in a while but hoped the quality was at least as good as in the past. Our assumption was a BIG mistake. All four of our meals were inedible. The steak was all fat, the pastas were way undercooked, not al dente but still hard and crunchy. The eggplant was definitely not fresh or cooked at the restaurant. It was from a premade frozen product.
When we mentioned our disappointment, the waiter told us he would tell the kitchen and took our plates. He then presented us with a 2 full priced bills, one for each couple. The waiter then ran our credit cards charging us for the incorrect meal. When we pointed this out we asked to see the manager.
The manager did come out and was apologetic trying to give us a dessert in compensation. Really? He did say he corrected the bills, but it would take up to 5 days for the correction to come through on our cards.
We left the restaurant with the impression that the manager was going to adjust our bills for the inedible food. He did not. When our corrected bills came through, there was not adjustment at all.
I hope you do not consider this restaurant since there are so many other places of high quality to eat in Charlottesville, VA.
