点评：We had our rehearsal dinner at The Milkman’s Bar, with South & Central providing the food. We were so excited about this event because we love South & Central’s foods. We worked with Kate to pick out a menu for our event, and she made sure that the majority of the dishes would fit each of our guests’ dietary restrictions.
The evening of our event, we were upset because of a lapse in communication that led to nothing being prepared for our guests. However, after figuring out what had happened, the staff went out of their way to make sure that the guests had plenty to eat and drink. They were polite and apologetic and did what they could to correct their mistake. They prepped delicious food, quickly, and made sure that some of it still fit our allergens. The drinks that the Milkman’s Bar made were wonderful and our guests definitely enjoyed them. The staff’s hospitality shone throughout the evening, and has continued to do so in our follow-up interactions. All in all, I honestly think the evening ended up better than what we had originally planned.
