Motel should not have Hilton name because it doesn't meet the standards. Stay elsewhere!

点评:Poor experience. Weather in area, walks were not cleared nor salted for ice. Desk at checkin stated TVs were not working but we could sign in with our personal Netflix etc. They said the storm (ice and snow) put it out but we understand from others who stayed there that it didn't work for them and was no weather at that time. There was no liner for ice bucket. We had to wash our own glassware. For breakfast there was slim pickings - you could 'order' two separate biscuits bit both had sausage and we don't eat pork. Made a waffle but they didn't have butter cups - they had taken sticks of butter, sliced them and wrapped in syran. Very unsanitary. There were no muffins or "sweets". The coffee counter was covered in spills in spite of 3 employees floating around. Stayed this way for over an hour while we sat in lobby. The online booking wasn't working and I couldn't use digital key nor pick a room nor check in on app. Indoor pool was not in service. Elevator floor had large sticky spill - was that way when we checked in and when we left. Desk staff sitting in lobby on our arrival on a laptop seemed annoyed they had to get up to check us in and didn't great us as Honors members. We asked for water - wasn't offered.
