点评:We stayed in one of the cabins, and had a three night stay booked. On our first night there we saw a mouse run across the floor, but then we couldn't find it anymore. On Our third day there we found mice droppings in the window sills, and started looking around the room more, they were behind the fridge, under beds, and in the dresser drawers. We found the hole in the corner that they were coming in from. There was no way the we were going to stay a third night. When we talked to the front desk they said that they understood, and they would refund us through hotels.com. Every time I called Daniels Summit to ask about what was going on with our refund, I would get a different story each time.
It has been a month and still have not seen a refund. I have called and left a message for the manager Becky to call me back, and not once has she returned a call. We have been going to Daniels Summit for 7 years, and have loved this place for a quick get-away. Customer Service has gone way down since the first time that we stayed there. They told me that they were going to close down cabin 3, to fix the issue and do a deep cleaning of that cabin. This did not happen.
