Cafe 23:5的点评
点评：I recently visited Cafe 23:5 and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. To start, the shop closes very early, at 3pm, and the kitchen closes even earlier than that (1 hour earlier to be exact). When I ordered a crêpe to dine in the cafe, I received it in a to-go box, which was not what I specifically asked for. The workers seemed inconvenienced by my request to get food on a plate.
The booths/floor were not clean and had crumbs all over them, and there was no place to dispose of trash because the trash cans were purposely covered up with broom sweeps by the workers.
When I called prior to my visit to inquire about their hours, the person who answered the phone was unfriendly and matter-of-fact, which did not make for a welcoming experience. The workers were also not friendly in person.
Although the crêpes were good, the coffee was lacking, and the customization options on the crêpes were limited compared to what they used to offer. Their menu even had line outs on it, which showed a lack of professionalism and excellence.
The workers were rushed to close and started to turn off the music and bang things in the back kitchen before the shop had even closed (15 minutes prior).
Overall, I was not impressed with my recent visit or visits in the past. I found the attitudes of the workers to be unwelcoming, they moved at a turtle speed pace, and it took a long time for the food to arrive. I wish this place would stay open later and that the staff were friendlier, but unfortunately, that is not the case. In my opinion, Cafe 23:5 is not worth the visit.
