点评：I ordered their French Dip sandwich online with instructions to package it for pick up. I drove to their location’s drive up window, where a young man asks for my identification, then hands me a bag with a sandwich in it. I opened the bag and there was a sandwich in it, and that’s it.
I had to ask him where are my chips, which he has to go get. Then, the he didn’t offer me a drink which I had paid for, and there was no napkin in the bag. When I get back to my hotel room I find there’s no au jus in the bag, and typically a French Dip sandwich is always served with a cup of au jus.
The food was good, but getting it quite irritating, and I still didn’t get the whole order. Jasons is a company that sells a lot of box lunches and catering, and typically they are well educated how to do this. At this store they weren’t up to standards they have set for themselves at stores across this state and beyond. I had made it to my hotel room before discovering the au jus, and the sandwich wasn’t very good without it.
They need to improve on quality checking orders to go.
