点评：I ordered Nachos and it was too much cheese. The chips were soggy wet and when I asked for more chips Victor, the manager refused. I even took my plate up to the counter to show why I was asking for more chips and he still refused repeatedly stating, "we put 10 ounces of chips and if you want more it will be $3.99 or $4.32 with tax." He was unsympathetic and not customer friendly and I ended up throwing away the rest of my food because I couldn't eat it and I refused to pay additional money when I wasn't even satisfied to begin with. To make it even less enjoyable, .there was NO ice, EVEN BEFORE THE LIGHTS WENT OUT!!!! AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, THEY CLOSED DOWN THE RESTROOMS AND ALL ACCESS TO THE RESTROOMS SO NO ONE IN OUR PARTY OR IN THE RESTAURANT COULD USE THEM.
He doesn't know how to manage. This was wrong. I spent $20 for nothing and I'm angry and want my money back. He needs to learn the meaning of customer service and goodwill because he sent me away, angry, hungry amd unsatisfied.
His attitude was horrible!! All I asked for was a few more chips and he couldn't even do that even though my family (party of of about 40 people spent alot of money in that establishment, he didn't care . I hate I didn't take a picture of it and I should have requested a refund then amd there. The restaurant was nit going to go bankrupt giving me a few more chips to satisfy me. I am thoroughly disgusted!! THOROUGHLY!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF VICTOR. HE MADE IT UNPLEASANT AND GAVE THIS RESTAURANT A BAD NAME.
