点评：This morning, I picked up 2 dozen tacos for my workplace. As I waited in the drive-through for my order I noticed the ladies packing my tacos in paper bags. I was a bit surprised since they are always packed in boxes and organized by the type of taco. Then a Hispanic lady opened the drive-thru window, gave me the bag, and shut the window real quick. She never said a word, nor did she acknowledge me. I said thank you as I grabbed the bag, but there was no reply. I patiently waited a couple of minutes thinking maybe she was getting another bag or coming back to the window, but she did not. So, I drove off and as I was driving to my job my daughter had placed the bag on her lap. She then says “Eww Mom there’s something leaking from the plastic bag”. I thought to myself maybe the hot sauce spilled. So, we get down and immediately place the tacos on the counter and as I am about to take the paper bag out it rips apart. Both bags were soggy from all the grease that had fallen from the tacos. We start taking the tacos out one by one and notice they are covered in grease. Some tacos are halfway open and some have eggs coming out of the foil. It was the worst experience I've had with Taco Cabana. The most embarrassing part is that we had to serve these tacos to our school parents. We will never order from this place again and hope management takes this into consideration. We are spending our money and hope to at least be acknowledged with a “Good morning” and receive decent food.
