乌达拉公园公寓式酒店的点评
点评：Came here with my mum May 24 via Love holidays. The transfer was something on another level.
Once we found this hotel early hrs in the morning, the reception looked boring & tired. Last update 2008 online. Deff near 20 years later, it needs doing again. All rooms were booked out, so they have money coming in. Out if season too.
I liked our room. 223. Front facing out to pool, back balcony on front street. A nice view. Has sun first & last thing.its on 2 levels. The bathroom looks good. Shower in bath.
Clean fresh, beds are comfy,
There is plenty of hanging space. 2 single beds, sofa bed, 2 tables, micro, dolce gusto, had to ask for a kettle. Safe, €20 refundable deposit for key.
Stair lift to lift access.
Nice large pool, pool table& and table tennis outside. WiFi is good and all 10 days with no extra logging in.
Now for our negatives,
Breakfast was not served by the hotel. Had to walk 5 mins to another hotel ( posh & gorg), but if I knew this at onset, we would not have booked & paid for this. We didn't have breakfast all week.
Large lumpy pillows. NO aircon!! huge disadvantage. Was told can hire fan. Good job we took our own.
No cereal bowls.
Asked for kettle as only supplied dolce gusto.
Microwave doesn't heat up.
Pool 1.3m to 2m. If short, the 3 step ladder is too high in water to get foot up. Mum struggled. She is short, old & had knee surgery, so she couldn't lift her leg up to get on the step, so she used the kids' pool. Gutted, she loves a swim. Need steps. Plenty of space to add them.
Sunbed arms made it difficult to get on or up without struggle. I thought I. Broke a bed as I couldn't get on 🤣
Can charge your mobility scooter in reception.
Receptionists speak good English. Helpful.
We had 3 cockroaches, and we called them all Barry. Resident tame Pigeon Doris & partner bertie, will take your food off plate if on balcony.
TV no English channels.
Hot water - best time 5-7pm. There is no grip bar in Bath for shower users. It gets slippy with gels/conditioners.
Horrid pictures. Cement.
Balcony is roomy. Clothes airer. Table/2 chairs. View to front.
bucket to the side of the pool has a broken pool light in it. Doesn't look safe as only a tube keeps electrics safe..
Pool bar lady/lifeguard is very polite & fun.
The hotel was b&b. Not in-house. Had to walk down Rd to Andorra hotel.
This was not told us when booking. We paid extra for breakfast and never used it. If told we wouldn't have booked here.
The hotel was mostly limited & not open for use. No food catered for unless from vending machine. Pool side food is hot dog, pizza slice, toasted sarnies, and crisps. Happy hr 3-5 buy 1 get 1 half price.
The bathroom only supplied 2 hair caps & 2 mini shower gels. This is nothing like images on trip advisor
No coffee facility in reception.
Lift smelt of urine..
There are no rubbish bins in the hotel, anywhere. Use the large outside in street. Talking if this, the bin men are noisy & clear these and street between 1-5AM.
Maids made beds after 3 days, changed bins, and filled toilet rolls once.
Would I stay here again? Yes. Maybe in season, June- Oct may be better.
But overall, I have stayed in far worse.

酒店不提供早餐。不得不步行 5 分钟到另一家酒店（豪华酒店），但如果我一开始就知道这一点，我们就不会预订和支付这家酒店的费用了。我们整周都没有吃早餐。
大而凹凸不平的枕头。没有空调！！巨大的劣势。被告知可以租用风扇。干得好，我们自己带了。
没有麦片碗。
要求提供水壶，因为只提供 dolce gusto。
微波炉不加热。
游泳池 1.3m 到 2m。如果短的话，三步梯子在水中太高，无法抬起脚。妈妈很挣扎。她个子矮，年纪大，做过膝盖手术，所以她不能抬起腿上台阶，所以她使用了儿童游泳池。很伤心，她喜欢游泳。需要台阶。有足够的空间来添加它们。
日光浴床的扶手使得难以上去或不费力地站起来。我想我。床坏了，因为我上不去🤣
可以在接待处为您的电动代步车充电。
接待员英语说得很好。有帮助。
我们有 3 只蟑螂，我们把它们都称为 Barry。住在这里的驯鸽 Doris 和伙伴 bertie，如果在阳台上，他们会把食物从盘子里拿走。

泳池边的桶里有一个坏了的泳池灯。看起来不安全，因为只有一根管子才能保证电气安全。

酒店是住宿加早餐。不是内部的。不得不沿着路走到安道尔酒店。
预订时没有告诉我们这一点。我们额外支付了早餐费，但从未使用过。如果被告知我们就不会预订这里了。
酒店大部分时间有限，不开放使用。除非从自动售货机购买，否则不提供食物。泳池边的食物有热狗、披萨片、烤三明治和薯片。欢乐时光 3-5 买一送一半价。
浴室只提供 2 个发帽和 2 个迷你沐浴露。这与旅行顾问上的图片完全不同

电梯里有尿味。
