点评：Just want to start off by saying I did have a pleasant experience the first time myself and my partner came for a drink each one evening, which made us want to reserve a table in the beach bar (where we were sitting for another evening). Got told helpfully at the bar to message on WhatsApp, which I did and received a prompt reply saying that was booked in for me.
Arrived at the time of our booking, and the two staff behind the bar did not even acknowledge us when we tried to say we had a booking so myself and my partner just went to sit down at a table for two which said reserved as to us that felt what would have been correct based on what we knew had booked.
A couple of minutes after one member of staff came over to me and quite loudly in an annoyed tone in front of everyone saying I can’t sit there and when I tried to calmly explain that we had booked a table he simply did not want to know. I showed him the WhatsApp messages which specifically said beach bar not restaurant but this member of staff still remained extremely dismissive of me. Unfortunately this made me want to leave straight away, as it wasn’t a pleasant experience to be spoken to in the way I was.
