点评：Unfortunately, the hotel is mediocre at best. Returned here for the second time, this time as we are attending a wedding nearby. Would have preferred Hotel Son Claret, but this was fully booked for a private function. First of all, the hotel is located pretty much in the middle of nowwhere (i.e. not much around, no nice views, 30 km/h-zone for longtime to get there) but that‘s also the fault of the location of the wedding… However, what really upset me, was the fact that we were initially given a room with a horrible view, which was also on the small side, despite having initially requested and been confirmed a room facing the golf driving range. This was finally rectified after we insisted. However, the hotel also managed to forget our restaurant reservation for our only freely available evening (and could not satisfactorily resolve the matter). Also, upon returning to the room, we noticed that apparently there is no turn-down service at night, i.e. curtains not closed, no slippers next to the bed, used glasses still in the room… - quite appaling for a 5 star hotel. All things considered, it is highly inlikely that we will ever stay again at the Kimpton Aysla Mallorca.
