点评：This is the first review I have ever left where I didn’t even get to try any food or drink. The service we received in the 2 mins we were present at this restaurant was bad enough for me and my 3 friends to walk out. We stood outside the restaurant waiting to be seated and the waitress literally stared us dead in the eye and ignored us for about 20 seconds until she reluctantly approached us. It was around 9:15-9:30 and we simply asked what time they were serving food until. The waitress replied abruptly with “what time is it now” before walking off in a strop to get the menus. She then returned, put the menus on the table and asked us what we wanted to drink before our bum cheeks had even touched the seats. Before we had chance to answer she then said they had no draught beer. She then awkwardly hovered for our drinks order before we even had chance to open the menu. We asked for a little time and she walked off. Me and my friends all agreed we wouldn’t spend any money in this place and that the food was likely to be rushed. We got up and left and to our astonishment heard the waitress cheer “yes”. I don’t think I have ever received such awful service in a such a short space of time without actually ordering anything. The restaurant was still open and had people sat down eating their meals. It was quite clear we were not welcome so we took ourselves down the road to Acholinos where we were made to feel welcome and had a great meal and service. I can’t say whether the food is good in this place but if it’s anything like the service then it would be pretty terrible. I think the manager needs to speak to the waitress and give her some customer service training!
