点评：Really cool restaurant. Arrived at 6:30pm, little early. Servers were great, very welcoming.
Will jump to conclusion…while every course of chefs menu was excellent…the inattentiveness and 20-30 minute intervals between courses was pretty extreme.
To be clear, we weren’t alone. Our neighbors….two women pals from Austin/Houston, and father/son from San Francisco on each side of us also agreed that service was weak.
The only issue was that we literally waited far too long between each course. No way our meal should Uber been over THREE hours.
And lame service wasn’t handled well…
Our neighbor politely noted that they had ordered a cocktail “30 minutes ago “…and the waitress instead of saying, “I’m sorry let me get that for you”, said “oh bartender is really slammed”. Uh..,this is a small high end restaurant, you can’t get your guests their drink in 30 mins? And if they speak up, you tell them you’re really busy??
Again, food was really tasty, but we arrived at 6:30 and left at 9:40. And the number of times we, and our neighbors, rolled our eyes and laughed about staff being absent for a $300+ meal, was way too high.
Can’t have great food and weak, inattentive service and pretend not an issue. If charging $300+ for meal, customers should expect solid service as well as food.
