点评：I love hamburgers. I love good hamburgers. Being a fan of a well-cooked burger I have had them all over the world. And to be honest I am somewhat of a snob. Most burgers fall so far short of the mark for me that I am usually disappointed in most burger joints.
But, haven't been to Mom's on numerous occasions, I can say that I have never once been anything short of incredibly pleased.
The burgers are always done to perfection. A nice crispy seat, well seasoned, not over cooked, plenty juicy and loaded with flavor.
There are lots of things that go into making a perfect burger and Mom has nailed them all.
I once saw that there was a local place in Lufkin called Ray's that supposedly had great burgers. So against my better judgment I tried it. I was bitterly disappointed. It was your run of a mill bad burger joint and I was really looking for something good, at least half as good as mom's so that I could mix things up when I came to town. Raise isn't even as good as McDonald's in my book and McDonald's isn't even a hamburger joint.
Mom's has a lot of things on the menu other than burgers and I've tried most of them and most of them are really good. But like I said before I am a burger lover and snob so when I find some places good as mom's I'm going to get that burger that no one else seems to be able to produce.
