点评：It sucks, because we used to love this place!
Pros & Cons:
Pros:
-We left the restaurant
Cons:
-Server took our drink order after five tables that were sat after us had already received their food.
-My daughters chicken was completely raw (It was seared like tuna steak would be)
-My sons beef tips were charred and inedible.
-My wife's steak was well done, when she ordered medium rare.
-My steak was still purple when I ordered it medium rare.
-All our sides had been dried out and wilted sitting under the heat lamp too long.
-Our server was completely absent, so when we wanted to check on our food, I had to get up and go to the corner of the restaurant where ALL of the waiters were on their phones.
-The manager came out twice to "apologize" and said she was short staffed in the kitchen, so she had to cook all the food. She said she'd be right back with our fixed order, but one of the servers came by and told us she went to go smoke a cigarette instead. We never saw the manager again.
-The food never came out corrected and our original server came by and dropped off the check which still had our full order on it, even though we never received the food that had to be returned!
-A different manager showed up and comp'd my son's beef tip kids meal...Yay.
-This whole debacle lasted almost 3 hours!!!
