点评:We stayed in this hotel April 5-7, 2024. As stated in other reviews, the staff and manager all need to go back for training. We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. We have a service animal and informed the front desk (Matthew) upon check in. Apparently it was not documented on our acct like we were told. My son (12 years old) went to take our dog outside to use the restroom at 3:00 am. He was then told he could not re-enter the hotel with her. The desk clerk, Zach, did not attempt to call us or help him contact us about the issue. Just made him stay outside. He went to the back of the hotel and came in that door and told me what had happened. We have contacted the hotel and IHG repeatedly. The manager, Trupti Patel, refuses to speak with us and has not returned our call after about 8 messages left. Horrible, horrible customer service. Would never recommend this hotel simply because of their staff.
