Worst hotel in Lindale
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lindale Tyler的点评
点评：We come to Lindale often and typically stay else where but decided to give this place a try because it was so cheap.
We found out why it’s so cheap and will never come back.
The rooms seemed dingy and run down. The hotel is quite far in from the interstate as well.
The main issue we had was with the front desk person working, Angela, I believe. She was very rude to be working at a hotel. She was on a personal phone call with someone while we were checking in and barely provided a greeting. Later on we came back down to grab some towels because our room didn’t have any and she was no where to be found for at least 30 minutes.
When we were finally able to find her, she was assisting another elderly guest and stated their credit card machine wasn’t working… which was very strange because we checked in a an hour or two ago and it was fine. Seemed a bit weird and strange.
