点评：My business partner are in Killeen from Kentucky. Kentucky has some great BBQ and this place holds it's own. Well done. One of the owners, Matt, greeted us and staff took over from there. The first thing you should know is that Matt is a retired Chief Warrant Officer with 31-years wearing the Nation's cloth. Chiefs are known for being meticulous and the restaurant reflects an attention to detail that reflect a Chief's leadership. Super clean. I had a dark local beer on tap that was fortified to my liking. For me, the sampler platter was fantastic. My partner had a pulled pork platter and he had great things to say. The potato salad is from a Korean recipe....so we had to get seconds. I regret not having my phone to catch some pics hut but they'd have fallen short of how appetizing the plates presented. They have a hot sauce called FIRE that you don't want to mess with. It is fire. Support local. Promote Veteran-owned businesses. We've got two days left and we're going back.
