Rennetta is the BEST.
Texas Grapes Wine Tours的点评
点评：WHAT A MEMORY.
Planning Phase: Rennetta, who was also our tour guide, was very polite and informative. She took a list of wineries we wanted to see and found the best ones for us and set the times that worked for us.
The tour: Rennetta arrived right on time and was excited our whole group was there. She was so kind and sweet. She took photos of us throughout the trip, arranged our group into a better position during the photos, and more. She was very informative on the area and is so easy to speak to. She also brought snacks and waters for us all.
The day of our trip temps dropped into the low 30s and she planned ahead and found a spot for us to eat indoors at another winery which was fantastic. Our first tour ended a little early and she went out on her own and found that El Rey could take our large group for a quick tour. She then made sure we were okay with it (of course we were) and we were off.
Being a group of good friends, we played a prank on a friend who was running behind in the restroom. Rennetta helped us by driving away and hiding us and the van on the other side of the building and it was totally hilarious.
The rest of of tour went so smooth. She would come and check in to make sure everything was okay, and we insisted she sit with us to talk because she is an excellent person to chat with.
Our last tour we did a very impromptu wedding where a tour member officiated the ceremony. We loved Rennetta so much, we asked her to join our group for the less than 5 minute ceremony and she was so excited to. She took excellent photos as well throughout.
Overall, this was the best trip any if us had been apart of. This isnt just a single 5 star review. This is a 5 star review from 12 people.
Rennetta, thank you again and we cant wait to book again.
