点评：My wife and I along with another couple enjoyed a fantastic night at the Hill Top Cafe on Saturday 4/6. My wife and I had the stuffed flounder which we preordered 2 days earlier. It was prepared with a sweet glaze topping Louisiana style. I highly recommend this entree and I recommend asking Kayla to serve it. The other couple with us shared the chicken fried steak which they said was one of the best if not the best they had ever had. We also had escargot as an appetizer which was also excellent. For desert my wife and I shared the homemade pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. The other couple had the homemade peace cobbler with ice cream. Both deserts were excellent. To top off this fantastic dinning experience we were entertained by the owner, Johnny Nicolas, who is an incredible musician and singer. The Hill Top Cafe dining experience is one that I highly recommend. When making a reservation request seating in the “music room”.
