点评：Was very disappointed. I don't write many reviews but was pretty bummed when I had anticipated a cozy holiday excursion and left feeling sad instead. We live in Austin and like their beer so thought it would be a fun festive thing to do during the holiday season. The waitress was very sweet and nice, but the vibe in the dining room we sat in was sad- even with the holiday decor. Not sure where the dining room with the big long tables was that is in a lot of the featured photos. Felt like a converted mall space- the lighting, the music, the layout- all felt like an afterthought and far from the cozy German vibe we like so much at the restaurants in Fredericksburg. The food was barely mediocre. If you like an Easy Tiger soft pretzel, you should not order their's. It reminded me of the mall pretzels but worse as I actually like those from time to time! My food was salty and nothing like the authentic food in Fredericksburg. The brewery section is beautiful- and there's a little museum that we didn't visit since it was after hours. Going forward we'll get their beer from HEB and make the trip to Fredericksburg for a more authentic experience.
