Texas Roadhouse的点评
点评：Two couples of us having dinner consisting of steaks which were barely average when a couple with a small child is seated behind us. The child would not stop yelling and the parents did absolutely nothing but stay on their phones. The woman asked me if something was wrong because I kept looking at her. I told yes and that we were trying to have a nice dinner and conversation and could not. She started dropping the F bomb approximately 4 times telling us we could leave. I asked for the manager who was young and she said there was nothing she could do but move US! Not them…US. We weren’t the ones interrupting everyone’s meal but it had to be us so I said fine…move us. She couldn’t. No available tables. I called for Kyle, the other manager, told him what was going on while the other young mgr CHATTED and laughed with the other table. After him hearing of the F bomb being thrown around then something got done. They took their food and left. I wonder if they actually had to pay for it! I no longer wanted my meal and they took it off the check. We definitely will not go back to this restaurant or any other Texas Roadhouse. Clientele are below who we want to dine with.
