点评:First of all I dont leave bad comments for fun but tonight really provoked me. We joined the waitlist online and waited for an hour and we came on time. I got a message saying to go upfront so we did and spoke to the girl in the front that I got a message, she told me to wait at the deck for my name to be called. 35 min later we were not called all the people after us got their tables pretty quickly so I went back to the girl in the front to ask how many people are waiting before us. She asked for my name and she said I never went to the front!! I went to her but she denies this! I asked for a manager and this manager spoke to me and apologized offered me an appetizer she said she will take care of it but at the end of the bill made us pay for that appetizer anyway. Customer service is disgustingly poor. I feel sorry for everyone waiting and waiting just to get seated but they do not really care about anyone. We will not be coming back to this texas roadhouse because of this. And FYI that girl in the front had one job to seat people but couldnt even do it. I notice them just chatting along and giggling in the front looking like they have no care at all for the customers waiting.
