Not Up to Expectations
Hampton Inn & Suites Denton的点评
点评：This Hampton Inn was below par for what we have come to expect from Hampton. Based on reviews last year, we would not have stayed here, but because subsequent reviews said it was undergoing renovations and was improved, we chose to take a chance. We found the front desk personnel to be very friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we found the bathroom lacking in counter space. Clean towels and wash clothes are stored on the very limited counter space. The bathtub had a low spot where water didn’t drain out of. Where a closet would normally be was an unneeded wet bar. The closet area was difficult to access with bifold doors next to one of the beds. Lighting was inadequate. I was very disappointed that the fitness room did not have a treadmill. We found breakfast to be lacking. We did utilize the guest room laundry and was pleased with the machines available. Renovation was ongoing in certain areas, so maybe improvements will continue to be made.
