点评:Worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment - we’re from the UK so the US tipping culture of leaving a mandatory 20% tip everywhere we eat is a little alien to us, but on the whole we leave a 20% tip everywhere we eat unless we’re unhappy with the service for some reason. However, when ordering from somewhere like this where you are asked to pay at the time of ordering before receiving any food or service we tip once we have eaten - otherwise how are you to know whether it will be any good or not?
Clearly the childish staff in this establishment were aggrieved by this and decided that as I didn’t leave a tip when I ordered they weren’t going to bother making our order at all (until I complained having waited patiently for 30+ mins). Apparently the reason they hadn’t made our order but had made orders for everyone else in the shop including 5 or so customers who ordered after us was because they were really busy with online orders - we literally saw 2 online orders go out and in the meantime they managed to make 10 or so orders for people who ordered in the shop.
Really pathetic attitudes - never seen grown adults act in such a childish manner. Would give zero stars if I could
