点评：I don't write reviews- ever, but my experience was so bad this morning that I feel I should. I live about 2 blocks from the McKinny Ave location but I never eat here. Thank you for reminding me why this morning.
It was not crowded, as you can imagine on a Monday morning. The people who work here are not friendly (exception was my waiter, he was very nice). The wait for everything was unacceptable. About 30 minutes from being seated to being served (mostly empty restaurant). The food was ok, but the scrambled eggs were so dry. I was never offered a refill on my drink. The machines went down so nobody could figure out how to take my payment. It took them forever to figure something out. I'm thinking, I have to go, are you going to hold me hostage! It turns out the manager swiped my card five times, so it charged me on my Amex five times. The lights were out in the bathrooms, so I had to use my phone flashlight. TP all over the floor that I could not get off my shoe. But considering all this, most egregious to me was the rude staff. The hostess (short dark hair) was honestly so unfriendly and I thought the manager could have been much more apologetic. I will never return...no matter how close I live!
