点评:We arrived at The Catch about 4:30PM on Sunday, 5/15/2022. The establishment was "Busy", Called In Orders, Take Outs, Drive Through, In House Orders. We placed our order and received our cups for Cold drinks. We went directly to the Drink counter where we found the Ice machine to be empty. We immediately notified the young man server and then seated ourselves. After "A" while, the Main server lady was passing our table and we notified Her about the Ice Machine problem. People kept coming in and ordering and they found out, just like us, that the Ice Machine wasn't working. They just got drink and no ice and went and sat down. After "A" while, my Wife got up and went to the Service counter where She notified the other girl server that the Ice machine wasn't working. My Wife got the 'Deer In Ther Headlights Look". After a few seconds my Wife suggested that She, the server, fill or cups from the Ice machine at the Drive Through station, which She did. After the other , No Ice Patrons witnessed this, they All did what we did. One would think, "If our ice machine in the Dining area isn't working, we have to fill the customers cups with ice, from the Drive Through counter Ice machine, when the Customer orders. However this did not happen. Customers were given cups, they would notice the Ice machine didn't work and They had to ask for Ice. Now, the Food was awesome as always. The establishment was extremely busy but that is no excuse for not taking note of an issue and dealing with it. The Solution should not be the Customer's duty. We will continue to support The Catch. Management needs to do a little better job on training, "Quick Thinking"
