点评:I want to start by saying I am very disappointed not only with how poorly this employee was trained but her attitude toward others.. Tameka was not only rude to her guests but not compassionate at all to the fact that we were confused as to why she was writing our credit card numbers down. When asked she hardly gave an explanation until we were just placed in a room. Most she said she would " be right back" and check... Only to come back and say they were good and then we found out they were not. A little relief came when a coworker showed to help, the change in how things were happened quickly and professionally more smooth. He helped and smiled and laughed with the guests. That helped the situation but still didn't fix it. My co-worker is now experiencing charges that are unexpected and may or may not be from this trip but it doesn't help the fact that the only time those numbers were written down were when Tameka wrote them down. The feeling is unsettling
