The most unforgettable dining experience we’ve ever had!
Our family had the absolute privilege of having breakfast at Five Oaks Farm Kitchen this week—and I can honestly say we’ve never been treated with more warmth, kindness, and heart anywhere. Every single person—from the incredible manager Dale to the amazing servers Rose and Summer—went above and beyond to make our daughters feel like the most special kids in the world.
This was a birthday celebration and a once-in-a-lifetime family trip after a few very difficult years. Rose brought out dish after dish she thought the girls might love, Summer kept coming back to chat and make them smile, and every single staff member stopped to wish them a happy birthday. It wasn’t just great food (though the waffles were fluffy and better than homemade, according to my youngest!)—it was joy in every bite and every interaction.
One of our daughters said, “I’ve never been treated like that before at a restaurant… or maybe ever?” That’s how memorable and meaningful this was.
We even asked to take a photo with Dale, Summer, and Rose because we never want to forget how special they made us feel. This wasn’t just a meal. It was a moment we’ll carry forever. 💛
