No Way Jose's Cantina的点评
点评：This evenings dinner at No Way Jose was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant. Our meals arrived and some were not correct, items missing and 3/6 meals were not even warm. The cheese inside the cheese enchiladas had not even begun to melt. The waitress did not take the meals back she said she had to go “check”. Another gentleman finally came and took them. In the meantime, we had to go get another drink from the bar ourselves. After a long wait, the meals were returned. Still cold and incorrect. The waitress has still not returned to our table. One person asked that the meal be returned and taken off her bill. Completely frustrated and disappointed we were ready to leave. After another lengthy wait we went looking for a manager to get our bill. The bills were brought to us, and we each had been charged twice for the meals we asked to be corrected. You can imagine the fiasco we went through in order to have this corrected. Never an apology only an excuse. “ We are really busy tonight.” We did not leave a tip. This is a first for us! Very disappointing evening!
