Puckett's Restaurant的点评
点评：I had really high hopes for my first visit to Puckett’s, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. For those who haven’t been, the setup allows you to order at a kiosk or through a cashier. We chose the kiosk, got our number, and found a table.
Our food took 31 minutes to arrive, which felt like a long wait. We ordered a starter—pimento cheese bites—that never came. We eventually spoke with the manager, who refunded that part of our order.
As for the food, it was disappointing. The fried chicken was very dry, and the grilled chicken lacked flavor and was also dry. I couldn’t help but notice several orders being returned to the kitchen, so maybe there were issues on the line that day.
If I were a local, I might give Puckett’s another chance in hopes it was just an off day. But as a visitor to Pigeon Forge, I’ll likely try a different restaurant next time.
