点评:My brother ordered the ribs with baked beans and a baked potato . He asked if they offered the ribs dry meaning no sauce. The waitresses said they did. When his food came out all of it was cold. The baked potato would not even melt the butter. The ribs were dry alright they were over cooked no taste of anything seasoning. They were really dry and cold as if his whole plate had been cooked and just sitting waiting on someone to order it. We told our waitress and she apologized and said they could warm it up but it was already dried out. She went to talk to the manager. The manager never came to our table to talk to us and did not offer any kind of resolution to the problem. We will NEVER eat there again. And will tell everyone we know of our experience. If I could give this place a -0 rating I would. The managers response seems to be the same to everyone who has voiced these concerns for at least the last 3 years (new management, new staff, etc). When are you going to g it right? It doesn't appear that how your customers feel about your ser or establishment is important to you. You do nothing to reslove the problem. Just a bunch of excuses!
